About the Role

This is a varied and hands-on GP nursing position, ideal for someone who enjoys all aspects of small animal practice and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with surgical and medical procedures

  • Monitoring and maintaining anaesthesia

  • Patient care and hospitalisation

  • Blood collection, IV catheter placement and diagnostics

  • Nurse consults and client education

  • Maintaining high clinical and hygiene standards

  • Supporting vets and fellow nurses across daily clinic operations

About You

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Hold a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience)

  • Have previous experience in a small animal GP clinic

  • Are confident, compassionate and reliable

  • Work well in a team and communicate clearly

  • Take pride in providing gold-standard patient care

  • Are organised and able to manage a busy workload
